As a digital marketing intern for C3 Presents, I managed the Lollapalooza Instagram account.
In the weeks leading up to the festival, I found photographs in C3’s database that I thought would accomplish a certain KPI. From there, I would draft a caption, receive approval from my supervisors and upload the post on my own.
During the festival, I captured footage of excited fans screaming which bands or artists they wanted to see each day. I compiled these shots into Instagram videos. I also contributed to the content calendar and continued to select photos, draft copy and upload photos to the @lollapalooza Instagram feed.
